Infrared Ca II Lines of CH Cygni

Abstract-The spectral behaviors of the infrared CA II lines of CH Cygni are described. The plate was obtained at the Okayama Astrophysical Observatory in Japan in August, 1982. The expansion velocity and the radial velosity are measured form
these
lines. The mass loss rate is estimated to be about 1.7×10E-8m/yr for MIII type of CH cygni.
